Policy

For same-day cancellations, a cancellation fee of 100% of the session fee will be charged.
If you need to reschedule due to your circumstances or poor health, please contact us by the end of business hours on the previous day.
*Arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice may be treated as a same-day cancellation.
