In this policy, "personal information" means personal information as defined in Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information: information that can identify a specific individual, such as name, address, telephone number, email address, and other descriptions.

We collect your name, telephone number, email address, the content of your inquiry, and other information you enter when you contact us, make a reservation, or apply for a first trial session.

When you use our services, we may also ask about your physical condition (medical history, injuries, exercise experience, etc.).

We use the personal information we collect within the scope of the following purposes:

・To confirm reservations, provide services, and respond to inquiries

・To provide training and body maintenance tailored to your physical condition

・To contact you and provide information about our services

・For analysis to improve our services (as statistical information that does not identify individuals)

We do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent, except in the following cases:

・When disclosure is required by law

・When necessary to protect a person's life, body, or property and it is difficult to obtain the person's consent

・When providing information to contractors to the extent necessary within the scope of the purposes of use

We manage the personal information we collect appropriately and take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage and to otherwise ensure its security.

You may request disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion of your own personal information held by us. If you wish to do so, please contact us via LINE or the booking form. After verifying your identity, we will respond in accordance with the law.

This website may use cookies and similar technologies to improve usability and analyze site usage. You can refuse cookies in your browser settings, but some features may become unavailable as a result.

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how the site is used. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect traffic data in a form that does not identify individuals. For details on the data collected and how it is handled, please refer to the Google Analytics Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy. You can disable data collection by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

The health check tool stores your entries in the browser's local storage (an area on your device) rather than in cookies. The contents of local storage are not sent to the server. Please see the following article for details.

The details you enter into the health check tool (/health-check) — such as height, weight, age, sex, body fat percentage, target weight and name — and the results calculated from them, such as BMI, basal metabolic rate, daily calories, macros and estimated time to your goal, are all processed inside your own browser. They are not sent automatically to our servers or to any external service.

We send only behavioural information to Google Analytics, such as which pages were viewed and whether a share button was pressed. We never send your name, body measurements, calculated results, goals, or the content of any consultation.

Your entries are kept for up to 180 days and your 7-day challenge record for up to 60 days in your browser's local storage, so that they can be restored on your next visit. Data past its retention period is not restored and is deleted the next time you open the tool.

Unlike cookies, local storage is not transmitted to the server each time a page is displayed. The data remains on your device only, and you can erase it completely at any time by choosing "Reset" in the tool, starting a new 7 days, or clearing your browsing data. Records do not carry over to another browser or to in-app browsers.

If entries saved in cookies before July 2026 remain on your device, they will be validated and moved to local storage once, the next time you open the tool, and the original cookie will be deleted.

Only when you choose "Share your result card" and confirm the contents yourself will the figures you selected be passed to the destination as an image. The image is generated on your own device and is never uploaded to our servers or to any external image hosting service. The link used for sharing contains no body-related information whatsoever.

Only when you choose "Ask ZEN on LINE" will the results shown on screen be loaded into the LINE message box. Sending the message is an action you perform within LINE; nothing is sent automatically from our website.

Information shared to external services such as social media or LINE may be stored, forwarded, or re-shared by those services and by the people who receive it, and it may not be possible to delete it completely afterwards. Please check both what you are sharing and who you are sharing it with before you proceed.

We may revise this policy as necessary. The revised privacy policy takes effect when posted on this website.
